Advanced electric powertrain by EM

 

The EM FACTORe is equipped with a new powertrain designed entirely by EM. Innovative. It combines two technologies:

1. The advantage of an electric motor with instant torque  at low speeds

2. A power profile similar to a combustion engine motorcycle, allowing for a combination of performance  and riding pleasure.

This engine has an unrivaled power-to-weight ratio (3.3kW/kg), an engine speed of up to 14000rpm, a power output of up to 18kW, and 1400Nm  of torque at the wheel in first gear, all in a casing specially designed to integrate this engine.

The rotor is of very high performance surrounded by a carbon sleeve which helps to keep the magnets in place during extreme rotational speeds.

Air cooling  has been designed to allow for homogeneous and controlled heat dissipation.

The engine noise has been optimized to offer a very quiet and pleasant transmission, thanks to the reduction of friction.

Finally, the 40% increase in inertia of the motor really enhances the motor's smoothness and power.

Hydraulic diaphragm clutch

High-end performance requires flawless tactile control at the lever.

The EM FACTORe YM27 is fitted with a triple-disc hydraulic diaphragm clutch, providing micro-fine modulation and instant bite when launching into obstacles.

Designed to handle high torque loads effortlessly, it gives trials riders the precise power release essential for competition success.

New cockpit

More ergonomics. More control.

The cockpit of the EPURE Epure 2027 has been extensively redesigned to offer improved comfort, optimized ergonomics and maximum adaptability.

The new triple clamps offer 4 adjustment positions , allowing the riding position to be precisely adjusted to each body type and riding style.

A new TFT screen , perfectly integrated into the chassis , displays all essential information and introduces an exclusive Trial Mode with zone timer, allowing you to keep the remaining time constantly in your field of vision.

Finally, a new power button , directly integrated into the handlebars, makes starting the motorcycle even simpler.

Every detail has been designed so that the driver remains focused on the essentials.
