Shipping Policy

Our range of EM Electric Motorcycles  are shipped via FEDEX road express and will be charged depending on the delivery address. Freight quotes can be provided quickly and easily. 

Spare part orders are charged at a flat rate fee of $18.00 TO $25.00 weight depandant.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@em-motorcycles.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that EM controllers and battery BMS units are not returnable once they have been plugged into a motorcycle. Please ensure that you have completed a thorough testing and diagnosis of the fault prior to ordering and installing a new unit!!!!!!!

Exchanges
We are only to happy to exchange the EM range of clothing, Boots and helmets should you find that the sizing is incorrect. A return label will be emailed to you and the correct shipped once the incorrect size has been received. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have the right to charge any additional handling costs arising when the product is not picked up in time from the place of delivery.

EM Motorcycles Australia will not refund any associated costs ie Paypal, Shopify Credit card fees or shipping costs if you cancel an order already shipped OR  fail to collect your order and these are returned to our warehouse. 

Please NOTE - Depot collection orders will only be held at that depot for 7 working days!!!!! After this it is automatically returned to our warehouse at your additional expense.
